一、 Responsibilities
1. Implement the company's quality policy, continuously improve the quality of technical services, and enhance customer satisfaction;
2. Effective planning, detailed analysis, and timely response to customer quality complaints, and providing corrective action reports when necessary;
3. Participate in assisting internal manufacturing process and design improvement related application research work based on customer quality feedback;
4. Summarize and analyze customer quality feedback, communicate and provide timely feedback on relevant information;
5. Assist the marketing department in developing new customers and provide necessary technical support;
6. Establish good relationships with customer engineers and maintain hotline contact;
7. Provide technical support to customers based on their needs and guide them to use our company's equipment;
8. Provide corresponding technical training to customers based on their needs;
9. Provide strong technical support for the application research and market promotion of the company's new products;
10. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
二、 Qualifications for the position
Basic conditions
1) Education: Bachelor's degree from the National College Entrance Examination, majoring in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and related fields;
2) Ability 1: Possess CAD drawing ability, able to independently draw machining drawings or electrical drawings;
3) Ability 2: Familiar with SolidWorks or electrical PLC, touch screen, and frequency converter servo program debugging ability;
4) Ability 3: Good internal and external proactive communication awareness and communication skills; Mechanical and electrical engineers in the lithium battery industry are preferred;
Other requirements
1) Familiar with 8D improvement methods for ISO system operation;
2) Understand the manufacturing process and technology of lithium batteries, have a deep understanding of the performance of standard foils and copper foils for lithium batteries, and be familiar with the technological development trends in this industry and upstream and downstream industries;
3) Have a deep understanding of the production process and technology of lithium batteries, and have a good understanding of the common problems and causes related to the foil making machine that often occur during the foil making process;
4) Having a high sense of dedication and responsibility towards the company;
5) Strong ability to analyze problems and handle customer quality complaints, able to promptly handle various quality complaints from different customers;
6) Strong communication skills, proactive in work, maintaining good relationships with relevant departments and clients, and keeping in touch with hotlines;
7) Having certain social skills and language expression abilities, able to guide customers to use our company's products well through technical services, and making outstanding contributions to the establishment of the brand image of Zhaosheng Company;
8) Being able to timely grasp and provide feedback on customer quality information; Timely grasp the technical level and improvement points of competitors and provide feedback to superiors;
9) Having good professional ethics, able to keep company technical secrets confidential, and possessing strong awareness of information security;
