Generally speaking, the foil making machine is mainly composed of: cathode roller (separately equipped), anode tank, liquid supply device, conductive device, winding machine, online polishing and grinding, anti-oxidation device, acid washing and water washing, edge cutting and edge finishing, O-ring guiding system, electrical control and other systems. The structural form and performance indicators of the equipment directly affect the production quality and efficiency of copper foil, and are key parts of electrolytic copper foil production.

Generally speaking, the foil making machine is mainly composed of: cathode roller (separately equipped), anode tank, liquid supply device, conductive device, winding machine, online polishing and grinding, anti-oxidation device, acid washing and water washing, edge cutting and edge finishing, O-ring guiding system, electrical control and other systems. The structural form and performance indicators of the equipment directly affect the production quality and efficiency of copper foil, and are key parts of electrolytic copper foil production.


1) Supporting cathode roller diameters: φ 1500mm, φ 2016mm, φ 2700mm, φ 3000mm, φ 3600mm.
2) Width 1000mm to 1900mm.
3) Immersion rate: ≥ 50%.
4) Maximum production current: 60KA.
5) Design line speed 0~15m/min, production line speed fluctuation value: ± 0.02 m/min.
6) All rollers have a static balance of ≤ 10g and straightness and cylindricity of ≤ 0.01mm.
7) The whole set adopts servo drive (Mitsubishi of Japan/Lenz of Germany/vector frequency conversion system), with high stability and no climbing vibration generated by the main drive.
8) Adopting the independently developed Mitsubishi tension control system, the tension control accuracy is ± 0.3kg, and the tension does not shake or tear the edges.
9) Adopting oven+fan drying and cooling form, with temperature control accuracy of ± 2 ℃.
10) Produce copper foil with specifications of 4.5-35 μ m lithium battery/standard foil integrated.
11) The anode tank adopts a full titanium design, effectively preventing liquid leakage. The thickness of the tank body plate is ≥ 20mm, and the thickness of the side plate is ≥ 16mm.
12) The maximum diameter of the winding is 700mm.
13) Adopt back pull anode plate or embedded anode (electrode distance 9-12mm).
14) The online polishing adopts imported 3M non-woven fabric polishing wheels, with a polishing wheel speed of 0-600 revolutions per minute (stepless speed regulation) and a swing frequency of 0-300 times per minute (stepless speed regulation). It adopts a visual current detection design, and the polishing wheel polishing pressure can be directly read.
