As the final process of copper foil production, the slitting machine is a key equipment that affects the final delivery quality of copper foil.

1) Width of copper foil before slitting: 1380mm (customer can specify).
2) Cut finished product width: 200-1520 ± 0.5mm, adjustable arbitrarily.
3) Copper foil thickness: 4 μ m to 12 μ m.
4) Maximum roll weight for unwinding: 2000kg.
5) Maximum diameter for unwinding: 600mm.
6) Maximum roll weight for winding: 500kg.
7) Maximum mechanical speed: 150m/min.
8) Cutting tension: 0-1000N continuously adjustable; And both axes have independent tension control and adjustment systems.
9) Static balance of each transmission shaft: ≤ 5g.
10) The roundness of each functional guide roller is less than 0.015mm, and the parallelism between guide rollers is less than 0.02mm.
