Bag-type Precision Filter

Bag-type precision filter is a simple, high efficient and universal filter system made up of container, filter bag and supporting strainer basket. The fluid will enter into filter bag from upper inlet, then the fixed substance in it will be intercepted inside the bag and finally the clean fluid will be discharged.

Bag-type precision filter has features of high flow capacity, high filter fineness, low cost and high speed. It is applicable for any filtration of fine particles (less than1000 ppm) with accuracy range from 1 to 1000 μm and flow rate from 1 to 1000 m3/h.

Filter material is high quality stainless steel, such as 304, 316, 316L, and decay resistant prolene or carbon steel and is sprayed HALAR COATING (coating bycopolymer with chlorotrifluoroethylene and ethylene), meanwhile, it is equipped with best quality filter bag to ensure the filter to be fit for different medium andvarious requirements of working situations, such as acid resistance, alike resistance, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance and so on.The structure has many advantages such as simple, rational, strong flow capacity and easy to be operated. Especially, the filter bag lateral leakage probability is very low toensure filter fineness, and can be replaced quickly and easily. The inside and outside surface of filter will be treated by mechanical blast finishing. which is well-proportioned and easy to be cleaned.

The product is widely applicable for glue liquor production of PCB industry and filtration of petroleum products, chemical products, paint, foodstuff and drink, anddrainage. Bag-type filter can also be customized according to customers' requirements to meet their different usage demands.

Forms of bag filters
Forms can be divided according to quantity of filter bags: single bag, twin bag and multi bag;
according to fluid-flow: side entering and side entry top entering;
according to methods of connection: single, parallel connection crossing-over, multiple combination and portable type.
