Instruction for Heat Transfer Oil Energy Saving System


During the manufacturing process of copper claded laminates, the temperature of heating agent should be adjusted with different production stages including temperature raise, constant temperature and cooling due to technical requirements. During the manufacturing process of copper claded laminates, the temperature of heating agent should be adjusted with different production stages including temperature raise, constant temperature and cooling due to technical requirements. Heat energy of heating agent will be totally lost by cooling, which results in huge waste in energy.

Our company researched and developed this energy saving equipment on our own using the theory of increasing flow velocity of liquid in the sealed container with special structure to achieve reciprocal replacement between cold and thermal medium instead of neutralization between these mediums to improve economic performance of enterprises.
We designed ZS-S energy saving equipment not only based on synthesizing safety, reliability, saving energy and minimizing equipment investment, but also with customers' requirements andyears of experience and actual parameters in construction. The corresponding control system and actuating mechanism were also developed for the system.

Our company has reformed the steam heating system to the heat transfer oil saving energy system according to customers ' requirements for several times. Although the customers would increase the investment in equipment, the cost of investments will be recovered by saving energy within one or two years. By this way, it could not only save customers' expenditure and reduce the cost, but also save the energy for the country.

Advantages of Heat Transfer Oil Energy Saving System

●  Saving energy with high thermal efficiency:
Two general mediums for press heating are steam and heating transfer oil. Steam loses 20% of the total heat quantity during heating process (variance ratio of enthalpy between water and steam under the same pressures), heating transfer oil flows in a sealed pipeline all along during heating process without losing any heat quantity except for exchanging heat to hot press.

●  Reliable equipment with low working pressure:
Because the temperature of steam is in direct proportion to the pressure, this means that the pressure is increasing with temperature raise, to meet the demands of press heating; the boiler pressure should be over 13 kg/cm2 generally. But it is unnecessary for heating transfer oil to achieve such a high pressure, only 4- 6kg/cm2 pressure could meet the required pressure of flow rate in the pipeline.

●  Homogeneous heating temperature
The pressure determines the temperature of steam, so location difference could result in pressure difference, as well as temperature difference. Thus, the temperature difference between top and bottom level of press using steam heating is higher than the one using heating transfer oil; besides, different steam passages in different locations on hot plate could result in the temperature difference due to condensate water in steam heating system, so heterogeneity of steam heating system is more than the heating transfer oil system.
