Vacuum powder conveying system

Vacuum Powder conveying system is a system to convey powders by vacuum suction and it integrates filtration, back blowing material feeding and valve control into one. Such system may automatically deliver powder materials, granular materials and mixtures of powder materials and granular materials to hoppers of packing machines, injection molding machines and mills,and it may also convey those mixtures to mixers or mixture reaction tanks directly, avoiding the dust while material feeding and alleviating working intensity of workers. Therefore, it is a preferred system for powder conveying.

Operating principle
● The powders in the bag may be absorbed together with the air into the filtering tank by the strong negative pressure inside the tank which is formed when the fan extracts the air in the filtering tank, and the filter of such tank may prevent the dusts and small particles to be suctioned with the air, during this process, the air tank besides the filtering tank will store certain Pressure air, and the pulsed release of air may be executed instantaneously at the end of the suction; then, the back flushing will be performed to the filter element to blow of the materials absorbed on the filter element so as to ensure its normal filtering area of such element and assure the output
● The filtering cabin inside the filtering tank may separate the air and the materials and then collect the materials in the feed bin. The cyclone separator may prevent The fine powders going into the fiter, thus improving the efficiency of such filter.
● When the feed bin is filled with materials and the separator of the conveying equipment realizes pressure balance, the baiting valve
will be enabled and the materials will run off the outlet automatically and into the storage container directly.
● The flow-aid air cushion may assist in the baiting when discharging to increase the dope-feeding efficiency during the conveying.
